Pay down your GTM technical debt
MiserySystem runs Agentic GTM systems built on Claude Code: signal-based outbound, LinkedIn content & ABM ads wired together by RevOps.
3 Layers. 1 System.
Pick one or all three.
Each works standalone and
compounds when connected.
Outbound
Find the accounts showing real intent. Reach them with messaging that proves you've done your homework. Hand them to sales with full context.

LinkedIn Content
Systematic LinkedIn content that builds authority with your ICP and pulls warm inbound — without you posting manually every day.

LinkedIn ABM Ads

RevOps is the spine.
It's the layer that makes the other three behave like one system
with shared CRM, shared data, shared decisions.
That's why it's always in scope.
Without it, the whole thing just doesn't make sense.
What a real GTM system replaces
Six places where GTM debt accumulates.
And what replaces each when you switch to infrastructure.
| The Old Way | | |
|---|---|---|
| Prospecting | Spray-and-pray to whoever fits the ICP | Signal-based targeting of accounts showing real intent, not just matching firmographics |
| Personalization | "Hey {firstName}, loved your recent post" | Relevant messaging that lands only when account signals say it's the right moment |
| Operations | Disconnected tools, CRM updated by hand, and no single source of truth | RevOps by design — every touchpoint tracked, every handoff automated |
| Content | Occasional LinkedIn posts when the founder feels inspired | A content engine that compounds. Authority builds systematically, not sporadically |
| Scaling | Hire more SDRs, hope they ramp fast | AI-native infrastructure built on Claude Code that scales output without scaling headcount |
| Ownership | Agency leaves, you start over with the next vendor | You keep everything — infra, playbooks, code, data. A working system, not a dependency. |
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before we get started.
-
How quickly can you launch?
2–3 weeks from kickoff to going live.
Weeks 1–2: secondary domains warmed up, CRM wired in, ICP and signals locked, sequences drafted, content pillars defined.
Week 3: first outreach goes live; content and ABM ads launch in parallel where applicable.
But going live isn't the finish line. The project runs on to its first pulse — the moment the engine fires its first real signal. That's what we build toward.
-
I already have a sales team. Will this replace them?
No. We deliver pipeline, your team closes it.
Outbound flows qualified, signal-scored leads into your CRM with full context, so your AEs work warm conversations instead of cold lists.
If your SDRs were stuck on prospecting, this frees them for higher-leverage work. If you don't have SDRs, you don't need to hire them.
-
How does this fit with our existing GTM stack?
It plugs in.
Outbound runs into your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio — whatever you use). Content compounds your existing brand. ABM ads warm the accounts your AEs are already working.
-
What does the engagement look like?
A scoped project, about 4–8 weeks, kickoff to handoff. Priced per project, scoped to the work, and named on a call.
It builds on your own infrastructure: your accounts, your tools, your billing — nothing rented through us, nothing you lose access to later.
When it ends, you choose how involved we stay:
- Clean handoff — we shake hands and step away.
- Advisory — your team runs it; we keep it on the frontier and fix what drifts.
- Operating retainer — we keep running it, where the fit is strong.
-
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep the system. All of it.
Email infrastructure, lead-scoring logic, prompt libraries, content pillars, ad creatives, dashboards, SOPs.
We hand it over with documentation so your team can run it.
-
What visibility do I have during the engagement?
Real-time, async and live.
- Performance Dashboard: real-time view of pipeline, replies, meetings, content reach, ad performance, and attribution — by channel.
- Weekly Updates + Strategy Reviews: automated Slack async reports + live alignment calls.
-
How is my data kept separate?
Every engagement runs in its own isolated environment — a dedicated container, stood up on day one, with its own data, its own configuration, nothing comingled with anyone else's.
Your data is never pooled in a shared workspace. And when the project ends, that whole environment is what transfers to you.
-
How is this different from a Clay-based agency?
We don't run on Clay.
Clay built the GTM Engineering category — credit where it's due. But pricing keeps climbing, and most clients end up paying for capabilities they'll never use.
We build custom waterfall stacks per client — only the data providers that fit your ICP and your region. Usually 5–10 sources, not 150. Same signal quality, fraction of the cost, no lock-in.
Tools are interchangeable. The system around them — that's what you keep.

Rome wasn’t built in one day.
But they didn’t have Claude Code 🙂
